If you have lost your Monolith Visa Debit Card please freeze your card on Monolith immediately to prevent any misuse of your card. Go to ‘Card Details’ > ‘Freeze Card’.
If you later find your card, you can simply unfreeze the card to continue using it; go to ‘Card Details’ > ‘Unfreeze Card’.
If you are certain that your TokenCard is lost, head to the app and select ‘Card Details’ > ‘Report Lost or Stolen’ and follow the instructions. A replacement card will be ordered instantly which will cost £5. If you do not have access to Monolith then contact us via the Help Centre and we’ll be able to help.
