If you have lost your card please freeze it on Monolith immediately to prevent any misuse. Go to the 'Card' tab > ‘Freeze Card’.
If you later find your card, you can simply unfreeze the card to continue using it; go to the 'Card' tab > ‘Unfreeze Card’.
If you are certain that your card is lost, head to the 'Card' tab > ‘Report Lost or Stolen’ and follow the instructions. A replacement card will be ordered instantly which will cost £5. If you do not have access to Monolith then contact us via the Help Centre or by email at email@example.com and we’ll be able to help.
