If you have lost your card, please freeze it via the Monolith app immediately to prevent any misuse. You can do this by hitting the ‘Card’ tab followed by ‘Freeze Card’ under the ‘Card Settings’ menu. If you later find your card, you can simply unfreeze it by heading to the same menu.
If you are certain that your card is lost, hit the ‘Card’ tab followed by ‘Report Lost or Stolen’ under the ‘Card Settings’ menu and follow the instructions. A replacement card will be ordered instantly, which will cost £5. If you do not have access to the Monolith app, contact us via the Help Centre or email us at email@example.com so that we can help.
