Our cards are sent out from the UK via regular mail, so delivery times will vary depending on the address. The majority of eligible cardholders will receive their card within 15 days of applying. It could take slightly longer for customers living further away. If your card does not arrive, please contact support so we can issue you a new one. You can do this through the app by hitting the ‘Settings’ tab followed by ‘Get support’ under the ‘Support’ menu, or alternatively by emailing us at support@monolith.xyz.
